Employee Recognition
Rapid Robert’s appreciates all of its employees and would like to award those who have gone beyond the performance of their duties and have exemplified an excellent work ethic that can be followed by others. Below is a brief outline of some of the awards offered.

• Circle of Achievement
  This award recognizes the best performing store through many different criteria.
• Image Inspection
  Stores are awarded bonuses when meeting image inspection criteria.
• Inventory Control Awards
  Stores are awarded bonuses when meeting inventory control criteria.
• Service Award
  This award is given to employees based on the length of time they have been employed by Rapid Robert’s.
• Rapid Robert’s Advisory Council
  Employees are chosen by their peers to represent their area through the Advisory Council.
• Incentive Trips
  Rapid Robert’s offers a variety of incentive trips such as attending ball games in St. Louis and Kansas City, tours of breweries, and other weekend getaways.
