Health: Rapid Robert’s
offers a fully insured Preferred Provider Organization
(PPO) or an HMO and contributes up to 100%
of the total cost of the plan.
Life: Supplemental term available
Dental: Two free cleaning per
year. $50 annual deductible and $1,000 annual
maximum.
